Grandparents for Climate The Netherlands join this event
Under the heading of The Climate Chain, Sunday June 23 we will stand hand-in-hand at 2 p.m. on the beach from Hoek of Holland to Den Helder and along the Frisian coast. All wearing something red. This Climate Chain by Urgenda is an appeal to the current and future government to accelerate and strengthen climate policy.
The chain literally shows connectedness and demonstrates the will to change. Just like the famous example of the human chain through the Baltic states in 1989. Grandparents for Climate the Netherlands wholeheartedly participates in this action. The announcement clip also features some grandparents.
