This weekend of 18-19 April there were big demonstrations in Germany against the energy policy of the German government. Omas for Future was one of the organisations among others.

In Berlin, Köln, Hamburg and Munich they gathered about 80,000 people to demand the German government to stronger and faster support the transition away from fossil fuels towards the renewables.

Together with the Omas for Future there was also one Climate Grandparent from Finland joining the actions wearing the Finnish Climate Grandparents’ vest.

It’s good to see that so many people are working towards the same goal.
