Godela von Kirchbach
Godela von Kirchbach is the mother of four and the grandmother of five. She was born in Germany and has lived in Germany, Pakistan, the US, Thailand, France, Switzerland and Austria. She holds degrees in English, History and Higher Education and a Ph.D. in psychotherapy. Her professional background includes teaching at gymnasial and university level and working as an independent psychotherapist. She has been active in climate activism since 2020.

Eva Riemer
Born in Denmark in 1959, Eva has two daughters, four grandchildren. She lives with her husband in Denmark, close to Copenhagen. Eva holds a master’s degree in English and European Ethnology and a master in the Psychodynamics of Organizations. Her employment career in Danish NGOs and Danish State Agencies has been centered around organizational development, working environment, and human resources.
She has been a member of the Danish Climate Movement since 2018 and an active member of the Danish Grandparents for Climate since 2021.
Isabelle Jörg
Isabelle Jörg grew up in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Prior to studying law at the University of Basel she spent some years in the UK and on the Canary Islands where she participated in reforestation projects with local environmentalists. In her professional life she mostly worked in Swiss chemical and pharmaceutical corporations as a corporate counseller and eventually specialized in risk financing . At the EGC, she represents the Swiss KlimaSeniorinnen, who obtained a landmark decision from the European Court of Human Rights in April 2024.
Philip Beekman
Born in Amsterdam in 1952, Philip Beekman has three grandchildren and now lives in Eindhoven. He holds a degree in Business Administration/Industrial Engineering and had a management career in various Large Industrial Enterprises.
Since his retirement he has been active in the transition to sustainable energy which is key to prevent Climate Disaster. In 2016 he was one of the founders of the Dutch Grand Parents for Climate and he has been a board member ever since. He is focusing on Influencing Climate Policy, the dynamics of Popular Support for Climate Action and affordable Sustainable Energy for everyone.
